INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

ECONOMIC SHIPPING

1. We provide free shipping to all our international customers and charging only packing charges of Indian rupees 200.  your shipment is typically sent via EMS/India Post. The shipment would be delivered by partner of EMS in your country - which is typically the national postal service of the destination country. In such cases, the expected delivery date is indicative of date of delivered. The actual delivery date may vary basis service levels of local shipping partner of EMS. It takes 7 to 15 days to deliver depending on location.

 If the shipment does not get delivered within stipulated time for Economic Shipping thru India post which is completely customers choice for any reason or custom, we are not liable for any refund for your order. we can track your order only till it reaches international port after this due to India post law it is customers responsibility to track thru USPS and know the delivery time. we are not responsible for any custom issues.
 
2.Once the shipment is handed over to shipping company, no modification can be made to the order. Any change in delivery address or specific delivery instructions would be accepted only if courier company is able to entertain these.
 
Charges and Payments

6. We provide free economic shipping to all international orders thru India post. if a customer requires express shipping thru fedex then shipping charges will be applicable which varies with destination country.
 
7. All the duties to be paid for export from India would be borne by Runjhun. Any import duties or local duties levied at destination would be borne by the recipient of the shipment. These duties are to be paid to the delivery boy. 
 
8. The actual amount charged on your account / card might differ than what is shown  at the time of transaction due to difference in exchange rate applied by us and your card issuing company / payment gateway and surcharges applied by these.
 
Refunds / Replacements

9. In case a product gets damaged during transit, you can either opt for a replacement. To process any such claims, customers must notify Runjhun with a photograph of the damaged product within 2 days of receipt of the product. 
 
10. The 30 days replacement warranty. buyer has to bear all shipping charges.
